Pose adjustments: Learn how to modify your regular flow prioritizing the safety and comfort of the evolving pregnant body.

Breath Work, Sound & Guided Meditation: Explore the deep impact of breath as a mindfulness and coping mechanism. Engage in guided meditation practices to strengthen the connexion with your body and your baby. Melt into sound meditation to foster inner calm amidst the whirlwind of pregnancy.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Insights: Gain valuable insights into pregnancy, postpartum, and the transformative journey of Matrescence.

FAQ’S

Do I need to know some yoga prior to signing up for this class?

No previous practice of yoga is required to participate in "Prenatal Yoga”. However if you are in your first trimester and never practiced yoga before, please check with your health provider to make sure yoga is recommended for you.

My partner is pregnant, may I attend the class?

Coparents are more than welcome. These classes will help you connect with you partner and get a deeper understanding of what they might be experiencing. ‘Prenatal Yoga’ series also offer valuable insights into coping mechanisms during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period, empowering you to better care for yourself, your partner, and your child.

 *Please note due to the nature of this extended workshop the course will not be prorated for any missed classed.
