MOTHER CIRCLE: AN 8 WEEK GATHERING
FEBRUARY 5TH-MARCH 26TH: WEDNESDAYS AT 7-8:30PM

An 8-week journey through the unseen arc of motherhood, this circle is a way to mend the threads of disconnection in our culture and a way for women to come together in a community of care and support. Each gathering will include storytelling, breathwork and somatic practices as well as teachings and discussion on various dimensions of motherhood such as the nervous system, sexuality, work, money and worth.
This circle is for all people who are interested in motherhood including mothers, expecting mothers, people who want to be mothers, grandmothers, or anyone who cares about mothers.

About the Teacher: Jess Blake is a certified MotherCircle facilitator. She is also a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and teacher trainer, with thousands of hours of study in anatomy, restoratives, somatics, meditation, prenatal, trauma-informed and therapeutic style practices. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade. Her current classes are joyously informed by her love of humanity and her wonder for the natural world. She lives in Clermont with her husband and her twins.
